High Fidelity Wraparound is a strengths-based, family-driven process that brings together a team of caring people and resources to support post-adopted youth at risk of out-of-home placement. We work together to build on your family’s strengths, meet your unique needs, and create a plan for success.

Christopher Jorgensen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 4.5 years of dedicated experience in Wraparound services. Driven by a passion for helping families and creating lasting change, Chris founded Kinetic Family Services in 2024 with one clear mission: keep post-adopted youth safely at home and help families thrive.
